We offer a no obligation call our service within the Galway and surrounding areas.  
Locally, evening and Saturday call out consultations are available but are limited and booked up very quickly so early booking is essential as you could be waiting a few weeks for these time slot appointments.
Should you wish to arrange for one of our representatives to call out for a consultation and take measurements there is no charge within the County of Galway and surrounding areas.

Our Fabric Choices

Our price codes range upwards from A-E and Black out fabrics start on a code B.
Code B blackouts are in neutral shades only, if you require more colour options you will require Code C and upwards.
Should you require blackout fabrics to match the colours in our code A selection it would be priced on a code C.

  1. Book a consultation with our representative.
  2. We’ll visit you at home to measure your windows and show you our samples.  It's important if at all possible that all relevant people are present when chosing fabrics as re-scheduling further appointments could set you back a couple of weeks.
  3. Our representative will guide you and show you options to suit your window.  He will give you a quotation onsite or our office staff will follow up in a couple of days with your quotation by email.
  4. Once your order has been confirmed and a deposit paid our office will process your order, your fabrics choices will be ordered and they will check stock of relevant components. 
  5. When your fabric comes in it will be checked for any imperfections or damage from delivery. 
  6. Once the fabric is cleared by QC your order will get scheduled into making, you will be contacted by Pauline to schedule installation.
  7. Installation day.
  • On arrival our rep will walk through the windows and place the relevant blinds where the blinds will be installed and clarify any questions you might have.
  • It’s not imperitive but it is helpful if you could provide a clear and safe working environment for our representatives by removing ornaments or other items from the window sills thus providing clear access to the windows.
  • Relax and let them work: The installer will handle the drilling, bracket installation, and blind mounting. Our reps are very conscious of cleanliness and once the installation is complete, the installer will remove any debris and packaging materials.
  • Upon installing each blind our rep will do a quick inspection of the blinds to ensure they're functioning properly and are visually appealing.

Warranty and care: Feel free to ask the installer about the warranty information and any specific care instructions for your blinds, you will find relevant information under ‘Maintenance & Warranty’ section of our website.

  • The balance will be due upon installation.

Remember, communication is key. If you have any concerns or special requests, don't hesitate to communicate them clearly to the installer. Hopefully, the installation will be a smooth and efficient process, leaving you with beautiful and functional new window blinds for many years to follow!

As we specialise in motorised blinds and supply blinds for larger window up to 4.2m wide and in certain circumstances slightly larger we do cover further afield.  However, due to the long travel times involved for our reps we try to group calls together, we endeavour to get to you within 2-3 weeks.  For this to be organised we require a confirmation deposit of €100 which will be taken off the cost of your blinds, therefore we would encourage you to send approximate measurements so we can give you a provisional quotation beforehand so you have an idea of costings before you commit to a consultation.

Icon for questionHow do I make a quotation request?

We will endeavour to get your quotation requests dealt with as quickly as possible within two to three working days.  Should you require a quick response please supply your approximate measurements width by drop, room name and type of blinds required, e.g. roller blind, blackout / non blackout, battery operated... 

If it's a full house or a large number of blinds, if convenient take measurements starting at your front door moving clockwise from left to right in your home, this will ensure if you're not available when the rep calls to measure that there is no confusion with the room names.

If it's a new build and you're supplying your measurements from a window schedule thats no problem once the schedule names the rooms, if not please pencil in the room names before you send them on. For plans we will require additional time for your quotation as these can be time consuming and are dealt with at the end of the week, you would need to make sure there is an elevation drawing included which shows the height/drop of the windows otherwise we can't quote from the plans as prices are worked out width by height/drop. 

Should you want to speed it up you could list out the windows and send the measurements (width x drop) by email, starting at your front door moving clockwise from left to right giving each widow a name;

Icon for questionWhat's the procedure with quoting new builds?

To ensure our rep has ample time for the consultation and for taking measurements, let us know roughly how many blinds he'll be measuring or if it's a new build and your plastering and tiling should be completed in all the necessary area, we would encourage you to send your window schedule or approximate measurements so we can give you a provisional quotation beforehand so you have an idea of costings before you commit to a consultation.

For online orders payment is due upon placing of order. 

For larger jobs requiring installation a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation to process the order and the balance is due on the day of installation.
